2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 Saturn Outlook Keyless Remote Programming Instructions

This keyless remote programming instructions work for 4B (L,U,RG,P) remote with part # 22951508, 22756460, 20869054, 25830632, 15916015, 15913416, 15857835, FCC id OUC60270, OUC60221 on the back of it.

Programming instructions for vehicles with DIC buttons: Put the key in the the ignition and turn it to the ON position (dont start the engine) so you can access the (DIC). This display allows you to program the remote to your system.

To Program the remote just follow these steps:
1. Press the vehicle information button until the PRESS TO REPROGRAM REMOTE message displays.
2. Press the set/reset button until REMOTE PROGRAMMING ACTIVE is displayed.
3. Press and hold lock and unlock buttons on the remote at the same time for about 15 seconds. On vehicles with memory recall seats, the first remote programmed will match driver 1 and the second will match driver 2. A chime will sound indicating that the remote has been programmed.
4. To program another remote at this time, go back to Step 3. Each vehicle can program up to 8 remotes in it's system's memory.
5. Cycle the key to LOCK/OFF to turn programming mode OFF.
If you don’t have DIC buttons:  To access this display, the vehicle must be in PARK (P). This display allows you to match Remote Keyless  Entry (RKE) transmitters to your vehicle. To match an RKE transmitter to your vehicle:
1. Press the trip odometer reset stem until RELEARN REMOTE KEY displays.
2. Press and hold the trip odometer reset stem for three seconds. The message REMOTE KEY
LEARNING ACTIVE will display.
3. Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the first transmitter at the same time for about 15  seconds. On vehicles with memory recall seats, the first transmitter learned will match driver 1 and the second will match driver 2. A chime will sound indicating that the transmitter is matched.
4. To match additional transmitters at this time, repeat Step 3. Each vehicle can have a maximum of  eight transmitters matched to it.
5. To exit the programming mode, you must cycle the key to LOCK/OFF.
