2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 Saturn Outlook Keyless Remote Programming Instructions

This keyless remote programming instructions work for L,U,P remote with part # 15913420209524752086905622936099 FCC id OUC60270, OUC60221 on the back of it.

Programming instructions for vehicles with DIC buttons:
Put the key in the the ignition and turn it to the ON position (dont start the engine) so you can access the (DIC). This display allows you to program the remote to your system.

To Program the remote just follow these steps:
1. Press the vehicle information button until PRESS TO RELEARN REMOTE KEY displays.
2. Press the set/reset button until REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE is displayed.
3. Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the first transmitter at the same time for about 15 seconds. On vehicles with memory recall seats, the first transmitter learned will match driver 1 and the second will match driver 2. A chime will sound indicating that the transmitter is matched.
4. Go back to Step 3 to program another remote. Each vehicle can program up to 8 remotes in it's system's memory.
5. Cycle the key to LOCK/OFF to turn programming mode OFF.
For cars without DIC buttons:
To access this display, the vehicle must be in PARK (P). This display allows you to match Remote Keyless
Entry (RKE) transmitters to your vehicle.

To program the remote to your vehicle just do the steps below:
1. Press the trip odometer reset stem until REPROGRAM REMOTE displays.
2. Press and hold the trip odometer reset stem for three seconds. The message REMOTE KEY PROGRAMMING ACTIVE will display.
3. Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the first transmitter at the same time for about 15 seconds. On vehicles with memory recall seats, the first transmitter learned will match driver 1 and the second will match driver 2. A chime will sound indicating that the transmitter is matched.
4. To match additional transmitters at this time, repeat Step 3. Each vehicle can have a maximum of eight transmitters matched to it.
5. To exit the programming mode, you must cycle the key to LOCK/OFF.
