2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche Keyless Remote Programming Instructions

This keyless remote programming instructions work for L,U,P remote with part # 15913420, 20952475, 20869056, 22936099, FCC id OUC60270, OUC60221 on the back of it.

Replacement Remote
For vehicles with DIC buttons:
Put the key in the the ignition and turn it to the ON position (dont start the engine) so you can access the (DIC). This display
allows you to program the remote to your system.

To Program the remote just follow these steps:
1. Press the vehicle information button until PRESS TO RELEARN REMOTE KEY displays.
2. Press the set/reset button until REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE is displayed.
3. Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the first transmitter at the same time for about 15 seconds. On vehicles with
memory recall seats, the first transmitter learned will match driver 1 and the second will match driver 2. A chime will sound
indicating that the transmitter is matched.
4. To program another remote at this time, go back to Step 3. Each vehicle can program up to 8 remotes in it's system's memory.
5. Cycle the key to LOCK/OFF to turn programming mode OFF.
If you don’t have DIC buttons:
To access this display, the vehicle must be in PARK (P). This display allows you to match Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitters to your vehicle. 

To match an RKE transmitter to your vehicle:
1. Press the trip odometer reset stem until RELEARN REMOTE KEY displays.
2. Press and hold the trip odometer reset stem for three seconds. The message REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE will display.
3. Press and hold lock and unlock buttons on the remote at the same time for about 15 seconds. On vehicles with memory recall seats, the first programmed remote will match driver 1 and the second will match driver 2. A chime will sound indicating that the remote is programmed.
4. To program another remote (a maximum of 8), Just repeat Step 3.
5. Cycle the key to LOCK/OFF to turn programming mode OFF.
