Note: The programming connector is located behind/under the glove compartment (attached to the relay mounting panel or taped to the wire assembly) and is accessed by dropping the glove compartment. It’s a white or light gray plastic connector with two terminals that is not plugged into anything. The color of the two wires leading to the plastic connector is grey/yellow and white/yellow.
1. Put the ignition to ON or ACC and momentarily jump the two program connector terminals with a suitable jumper wire. The system will respond by locking and then unlocking all doors or chirping the horn. After that, remove the jumper wire.
2. Press any button on the first remote. All doors will lock and unlock or horn will chirp to verify programming of that remote.
3. Press any button on each additional remotes (including your old ones) allowing a pause for the door locks to cycle after each remote. The keyless entry system will allow up to four remotes to be programmed.
4. Turn the ignition to OFF. All doors will lock then unlock or the horn will chirp.
